We understand sometimes your purchase may be different to what you exactly wanted. In genuine situations, you can request to return your time(s) within 14 days from the purchase, for an exchange or store credit. Returns are available in genuine situations if the item(s) is unused and available with the original tags attached. If you are requesting a refund, please communicate with our staff at email@example.com to arrange the returns.
In order for the items to be eligible for a refund, return or store credit you need to satisfy the below criteria.
- Full priced item
- Unworn, unused, or unwashed with the original tags attached
- Free of perfume or deodorant smell, body odour
- Free of makeup marks
- In the original shoebox if received with a shoebox
- No returns on sale items.
Due to various reasons, returns may take up to 10 business to be processed (from the time you communicate with our staff on the return). Replacement items will only be processed once the first purchase is refunded to our postal address.
The original delivery fee charged at the time of purchase will not be refunded or given as a store credit. Any item that is returned due to a manufacturing fault or incorrect product is entitled to a full refund and free return delivery. We will process a standard credit to your next order to compensate for the delivery cost you incur to return the item back to us.
At times where we have free delivery campaigns, return delivery will also be provided free.
Please allow 5 days for the refunds to reach your financial institution before you contact us.
As a rule of thumb, we cannot arrange refunds for a simple change of mind. However, we can arrange a store credit that will be valid for 30 days from the day the original order was placed.
Most importantly, make sure you communicate with our staff and receive a reference number before any item(s) are refund to our postal address.
